According to homeopathic principles, the active ingredients in this medication temporarily relieve minor symptoms associated with eye styes, such as:

Stye Relief Ointment

Another useful eye stye treatment involves using an ointment. The ointment works just like the drops to provide relief and speed up the healing time of styes. In contrast to the drops, the stye ointment is a thicker liquid (think of neosporin) and is also applied directly to the stye.
